If you received an Early Refund Advance loan and/or a Refund Advance loan, and have not received your expected tax refund please follow the instructions below to repay your loan. 

Loan repayment instructions

Step 1: Find the amount you owe

Login to our website at https://taxpayer.jh.sbtpg.com/ and scroll down the page to the Taxpayer loan repayment section of the page. If there are multiple rows, add up the Amount owed for all rows to find the total amount you owe. In the example below the taxpayer owes a total of $523.66.

Step 2: Prepare a cashier's check or money order

Make a cashier’s check or money order payable to First Century Bank, N.A.

Include the PCTR receipt number/Global Customer ID (GCID) with the repayment. 

NOTE: The receipt number and customer ID are printed on the Jackson Hewitt documents that were provided to you.

Step 3: Mail your check

Mail the check to the following address:
